ABSTRACT

Former United States Attorney General Ashcro¡ probably said it best when he stated that “ few things grip law enforcement with more urgency than nding a missing kid.” ere is something within law enforcement o¥cers that, upon hearing this type of call, drives them to a particularly rapid response. Such cases make use of all available resources to recover a child who has been abducted or who has gone missing. at’s important because time is of the essence, and time is the worst enemy of any child who has been abducted or is missing.
