ABSTRACT
The Electro-Motion Control (EMC) Supply Company is a manu-facturer that produces a high variety of parts and products for the motion control and electronic industries. Their motion control products support various control valves and linkages used in the food and petroleum industries. Their products include motion controllers, PC boards, electrical/mechanical assemblies, actuators, diverters, control arms, linkages, motors, servos, sensors, interfacing software, and other related products. In addition to a standard product line of motion controllers, they produce spare parts and custom parts per customer specifications. The customer’s equipment (which is often a very expensive system) is usually down and awaiting a replacement part from EMC Supply. Therefore, the customer expects parts to ship the day they are ordered.
