Note: It is highly recommended that an explosive ordnance detachment (EOD) team be present to inspect and make safe all such devices prior to processing and collection.
Caution: It should always be assumed that secondary explosive devices have been set to attack first responders. Extreme caution must be exercised. All explosive scenes should be cleared by EOD personnel.
