ABSTRACT

This article addresses issues of teacher burnout. Burnout is often referred to as a period when people are experiencing breakdown, stress, fatigue, and exhaustion from the routine daily responsibilities of proficiency in the workplace. Teaching is a profession, which requires time for reflection, re-tooling, and preparation, for specialists to adjust their pedagogy for relevance in the business and professional world. Management, who have attained leadership should be familiar with exhaustion to replenish, reflect, and rejuvenate educators, to provide a serviceable instructive plan for continued learning.
