ABSTRACT

In this era of nanostructural development, molybdenum-based materials are showing promising outcomes towards the application of energy storage and conversion field. Some unique properties of graphene like layered structure, metallic conductivity and available in three different polytypes make it trustworthy candidate over other transition metal dichalcogenides. Also, due to structural stability and various oxidation states molybdenum-based compounds have a tremendous scope in the various field of the research.
