ABSTRACT
This chapter presents the methodology and research design of the empirical study. A flowchart maps out, step by step, the planning and execution of the survey, as well as the analysis of data collected through a survey of about 11,700 college students in 18 different cities, located in six different continents. The chapter ends by summarizing the challenges encountered when collecting and analyzing the data.
