Regional-level courts, including the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights and the European Court of Human Rights, and country-level responses to human rights, including country-level human rights courts, commissions, and ombudsmen, are explored in this chapter. Finally, this chapter presents the situation of human rights monitoring in Australia, Azerbaijan, and Ireland.
