ABSTRACT
This chapter presents a range of approaches to advocating for human rights. This includes the role of human rights defenders, and a discussion on the role of a range of non-government organisations in human rights advocacy. This chapter concludes with examples of practical advocacy and several suggestions on how to become involved in advocacy.
