ABSTRACT
Dr. Ali Dajani: One of the prerequisites for Arab financial integration would probably be the guarantees of investment, and by investment I mean all types of monetary claims. There have been some attempts to set up an institution to guarantee Arab investment. However, one cannot help stating that the institutions created are ineffective and expensive.
