ABSTRACT
This chapter draws from and presents research exploring the community foundations for contemporary business practices performed by individual Native American people in the United States. It presents a Native American trading spirit that is explored through Native American trickster storytelling. This chapter contributes to understanding the links between American Indian worldviews and modern-day business practices performed by Native Americans, First Nation peoples, and Indigenous communities.
