ABSTRACT

The attributes sampling plan is one of the most important acceptance sampling plans and its basic form is the sampling plan. This chapter proposes new single sampling plans for products with multiple attributes to facilitate the customers to determine the disposition for the products with weighted multiple attributes. It considers products with weighted multiple attributes. Based on different acceptance rules, two new acceptance sampling plans are proposed to satisfy real demands in the field of quality control, such as food classification management and epidemic control. Traditional sampling plans usually focus on the case of product quality with a single attribute. However, products with multiple attributes are more common in practice. An exact multi-attribute acceptance single sampling plan for products with independent attributes was developed by M. P. Gadre and R. N. Rattihalli. Moreover, N. Balakrishnan et al. considered products with two independent attributes and proposed sequential acceptance sampling plans based on three different stopping rules by studying the waiting-time distributions.
