ABSTRACT
Human emotion recognition plays a significant act in the interpersonal relationship. Recognition of emotions has been an active research subject from early eras. There are various progress made in this field. Emotions are emulated from speech, hand and gestures of the body and through facial expressions. Automatic facial expression Recognition (AFER) with various potential applications. The goal of this task is to classify facial Expression. Hence extracting and understanding of emotion has a high Role in the interaction between human and machine communication. Deep learning is the novel machine learning technique that tries to model high level abstraction in data by using multiple processing layers with complex structures. It also call as deep structure learning, hierarchical learning or deep machine learning. Deep learning technique has obtained remarkable success in the field of Emotion Recognition system. Some deep learning Techniques discussed in the paper advances made in this field and the various approaches used for recognition of emotions.
