ABSTRACT

In this paper, we propose an optimal hybrid vision enhancement (OHVE) system for night surveillance robot. Main focus of the proposed OHVE system is to improve the visibility information of an image by manipulating their intensity information. The proposed OHVE system is implemented using Verilog language and synthesized with different FPGA families in Xilinx tool. The result and performance analysis shows that our proposed OHVE system performance is very efficient than existing systems in terms of hardware utilization.
