ABSTRACT
The conceptual consideration of the agricultural landscapes of the olive grove involves the recognition of the agrarian heritage with a patrimonial unabridged reading of the properties that conform it as a result of the history agricultural activity performed. The holistic approach to these asset protections implies their formal recognition, to avoid independent readings of each of them. This methodological proposal is raised as baseline for viable mechanisms realization to allow the enhancement of the production units associated with the agricultural landscapes of the olive grove in the municipal area of Écija - particularly, in the oil mills designed as productive units conjoined with their cultural, natural and historical aspects. The incorporation of the GIS and BIM tools are proposed for the practical interrelation between the elements of analysis, as mechanisms management of patrimonial able to generate graphic information that allows registering the real estate associated with the olive grove landscapes.
