ABSTRACT
Following a discussion of problems connected with the major sources of technical translations—cover-to-cover journals, unpublished or ad hoc translations, databases, and commissioning a translation from a translator or national translation center—these sources are reviewed in more detail. An annotated bibliography of the most recent sources of information on the subject is added as an appendix.
