ABSTRACT
The manuscript is in the Bodleian Library, Oxford, as MS Eng. misc. C. 461 f. 92. It consists of a single sheet of unwatermarked pale blue paper measuring approximately 208 by 254 mm, somewhat torn at the edges, written on both sides in blue ink. (The following sheet, f. 93, is a transcript of part of 92 v. in Japp’s hand).
