Can “fine-tuning the claims process” resolve the problem of claiming missing serial issues for the library and the serials vendor? What actually constitutes “fine tuning” of claims? In this workshop representatives of a large library with a significant serials collection–the National Library of Medicine (NLM)-and a major serials vendor-the Faxon Company-addressed an area of continuing concern to all members of the serials community.
