ABSTRACT

To consolidate all of coaches' creative projects into one master list. The Master Project List exercise will help coaches bring all of their projects together, rank them based on how excited they are about them, delete the ones that no longer excite them, and help them decide which ones will be their top priorities—so that they can get down to work, confident that they are got all their ideas in one place. Most clients will enjoy trying to remember all of the projects they have going on, so this is an exercise that can be begun during a session. Most clients will also be able to recognize right away that they’re not as enamored of some of their projects as they thought they were. Projects that invoke a sense of duty—as well as sentimental projects—can be quite difficult to let go of, even when the client has given them a low rating for excitement level.
