ABSTRACT

The two Voyager space probes, launched in 1977, have been continually propelled along in their trajectory by the gravitational pull of the planets of the solar system. These probes carry with them keys that aim to explain where they are from in the universe, which are the morphological and paradigmatic characteristics of the senders. This chapter describes the incursion of the readers into the issues under discussion without having forced them to take sides, although perhaps without solving for them some conceptual riddles and questions. Still, questions are the fuel that keeps alive the fire of the scientific enquiry into these arid so many other models. However, there have been a number of therapists with a psychoanalytic background who established clear-cut boundaries between paradigms. That is the case, for instance, of the well-known Italian psychoanalyst, Mara Selvini Palazzoli.
