Spiritual "systems" even locate good and evil in heart chambers. Chassidic literature speaks of the good inclination on the right side of the heart, the evil on the left. Hindu writings speak of a special heart on the right side of the chest that is a place of spirit. Pains as ghosts of emotional trauma, mute impacts seeking–resisting acknowledgement. Ways the stress of feeling from infancy on pinch nerves, bones, muscles, organs. W. R. Bion says the core of a dream is an emotional experience. Our body is an emotional body and language is an emotional language. Sensing has tended to be a second-class citizen in Western epistemology, low on the intellectual–spiritual scale. It is often taken for granted, that one transcends the senses to reach deeper dimensions of intuition and spiritual development. The body visible is mostly invisible.
