ABSTRACT
A 14-month-old boy is brought into the emergency department (ED) by his grandmother with a history of decreased oral intake with some non-bilious, non-bloody vomiting for the past 3 days. There is no history of fever or diarrhea. The grandmother states he cries while feeding. There has also been a non-productive cough.
