ABSTRACT

Psoriasis is one of several papulosquamous diseases that represent 10% of all cutaneous disorders seen in a busy pediatric dermatology clinic (1). Psoriasis itself accounts for 4% of all dermatoses seen in patients under the age of 16 years (2). In childhood, psoriasis may vary from a life-threatening neonatal pustular or exfoliative dermatosis to an entity of almost subclinical impact.
