DEFINITION

Follicular lymphoma is the most common type of primary cutaneous B-cell lymphomas with a predilection for the scalp, forehead, and trunk (Fig. 1) (1-3). Synonyms for follicular lymphoma include reticulohistiocytoma of the dorsum or Crosti lymphoma (4-9). Follicular lymphoma presenting in cutaneous sites may also be secondary to spread from nodal follicular lymphoma.
