ABSTRACT
The relationship between rhinosinusitis and allergy has been extensively investigated. In 1978, Rachelefsky et al. showed that 53% of children with atopy had abnormal sinus radiographs (1); and in 1988, Shapiro found sinusal radiological alterations in about 70% of children with allergic rhinitis (2).
