ABSTRACT
Paluszkiewicz attached importance to research methodology. In this respect he was perfectionist and he inculcated such an approach in his co-workers. He also showed an understanding for the relationship between theoretical solutions and their implementation. This understanding was, to a great extent, a result of his experience in industry. Additionally, the findings of his research as well of the research in leading countries, which he published, provided designers and constructors with indispensable data for designing products according to the rules and requirements of ergonomics.
