ABSTRACT
John Doe is a 4X-year-old man, referred for an evaluation to gather data relevant to the impact, if any, of chronic alcohol dependence on his neurobehavioral functioning and his parenting abilities. Aft er the evaluation was delayed because of Mr. Doe’s need for medical attention, a second question was added relevant to the impact of his recent stroke. Th e evaluation was requested in the context of an upcoming Care and Protection hearing. Th e state has petitioned for termination of parental rights.
