ABSTRACT
Dear Judge Smith, Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §§ 704-412 and 704-414 and the Court’s Order
dated January 14, 2003, the following report is presented. A previous evaluation report, dated March 13, 2002, regarding the same forensic issues was rendered to the Court wherein I recommended release from the Hawaii State Hospital (HSH).
