ABSTRACT
Forensic Database. We reviewed the following records and background materials as part of our evaluation eff ort. Th e Assistant State’s Attorney provided copies of the charging documents, the police report including supplements, the Child Protective Services (CPS) report, and 10 Juvenile Services Intake Report. Th e respondent’s Assistant Public Defender provided County School System academic records for the last two school years including a school psychological evaluation report. Th e respondent’s parents provided a summary statement from Ms. A.’s pediatrician.
