ABSTRACT

The article describes an experience in organizing the integrated geomechanical monitoring in high-strength hard rock massifs. The author reviews the results of long-term optical distance measurements in the Zhelezny open pit mine, Kovdorsky GOK JSC, as well as the results of the IBIS FM interferometric radar measurements. The IBIS FM radar application has allowed developing a temporary instruction for performing observations and processing the results of open pit slope deformation measurements.
