ABSTRACT
The article is concerned with the problem of transport accessibility of oil and gas areas with difficult climatic conditions introducing an original idea of road construction in wetlands. The purpose of this research is to obtain new scientific knowledge about the possibilities of road rapid construction without resources to standard road fill. Research correctness is specified by growing need for the development of territories and scientific and practical research in this area in view of this.
