ABSTRACT

In this paper, an experimental study of the viscosity and rheology of microsuspensions with nanodiamonds on a rotational viscometer was carried out. Microrheology of suspensions was studied by Rheolaser MASTER™. A water-based clay solution was used as a microsuspension. The nanodiamonds mass concentration was ranged from 0.125 to 2%. The effect of nanodiamond concentration on the rheological and viscoelastic properties of microsuspensions was studied.
