ABSTRACT
The article deals with the problem of improving the environmental management economy through cadastral valuation of forest lands, taking into account the degree of development of their infrastructure. The development of forest land infrastructure is an important aspect of successful land policy, improving the quality of forest area assessment. This article proposes the idea of accounting for infrastructure on forest land using private infrastructure coefficients and infrastructure development coefficient in the formula for determining the cadastral value of a forest plot at the last stage of cadastral valuation of forest areas.
