ABSTRACT
The problems of arc steel-making furnaces parameters controlling at existing production facilities are revealed. Current situation in the departments of automation is analyzed. A mathematical model of arc steel-making furnace is developed. The control algorithm of arc furnaces for steel-making is developed. A method for controlling the parameters of arc furnaces is developed. A draft solution for controlling the thermal state of an electric arc furnace at a modern electrometallurgical plant is proposed.
