ABSTRACT

This chapter focuses on a case analysis related to a real-world project that management and marketing students were required to work on for an entire semester. It demonstrates how the experiential learning method utilized empowers students to adopt sustainable, ethical, and socially responsible actions and recommend the same for the companies that they are working with as part of their course requirements. The chapter focuses on providing students the appropriate learning environment and experience to support the implementation of the Giving Voice to Values (GVV) concept. Business companies give emphasis to sustainable practices, like corporate social responsibility. The adoption of the GVV approach is flexible and can allow for the use of existing learning methods for teaching ethics and sustainability issues.
