ABSTRACT
Being a modern Greek (as opposed to an ancient Greek) and a woman in a country whose philosophical models are Plato and Aristotle, one needs to fight the expectations. My aim is to show how one can do philosophy in this context by drawing on aspects of my own research and practice, which plays at the interstices between science and art, between nature and culture.
