ABSTRACT

Internet of Things (IoT) is about devices, data, analysis, and connectivity. The emerging applications of IoT is all about development of new smarter devices and effective digital transformation of data. The IoT allows creating opportunities for greater integration of the physical world into computer-based systems and results in improved accuracy, efficiency, and economic benefit. The infrastructure required to support computing power, storage, scale and speed can be facilitated by cloud. The collaborative structure of IoT provides real-time applications which include social media, expert systems, prediction, artificial intelligence (AI), real-time analytics, machine learning, deep learning, commodity sensors, and huge volume of data. The effective and efficient use of IoT results in massive volume of data, which explores the concepts of big data and computer-aided learning processes. The collection and storage processes of data make it more complex in nature. Not just the physical storage but the extraction of information from the huge volume of data also becomes more complex. The end goal is to wrap the information coming from every end node and other contextual information to explore patterns, relations, and correlations in real time. The internetworking nature of IoT will correlate data from various platforms and make sense of information extraction in higher level. AI technologies are the key features to insights concepts rapidly from the massive streams of data. Technological advancements in real-world scenarios are a combination of IoT, big data, and AI. Technological enhancement provides development of various sectors like agriculture, defense, hydro power, medicine, and education.
