ABSTRACT
The activities of the enforcement section of the General Council of the SEC are outlined in this address. Kline cites and describes the Kopald-Quinn, Whitney, Interstate Hosery, and McKesson & Robbins cases as examples of investigative cooperation between attorney and accountant.
