ABSTRACT

Barbadoes being the Windwardmost Island, and most valuable of the Caribbees, the following Considerations shall be more particularly apply’d to that, especially, seeing with respect to the Ecclesiastical, Civil, and Military Government, Agriculture and Trade; it differs but very little from the rest of the Islands, so that the Regulations that may be offer’d in the following Paper, intended to better the State of that Island, with respect to the above particulars, may with very small Variation serve the others.
