ABSTRACT
The infrastructure of the United States is getting older, loads are increasing and funding is insufficient to meet the needs of repair, rehabilitation and replacement. Through practical applications of existing and new technologies, valuable information is acquired which assists personnel involved in bridge inspection, bridge management, bridge design and budgeting in providing for public safety and protecting the public investment.
