ABSTRACT
The word ‘menopause’ needs no definition. ‘Clinic’, from the Greek word’klinikos', literally means ‘pertaining to a bed’. So, in a sense, to talk about a clinic as a place for management of the well menopausal woman appears inappropriate. It is important to conserve hospital beds, not fill them unnecessarily.
