ABSTRACT
We induced the spiral arrays of microtubules (MTs) in eggs of sea urchin, H. pulcherrimus and A. manni, by adding hexylene glycol to sea water (SW). Hexylene glycol (HG) has been known as a microtubule inducing and stabilizing reagent. To identify microtubules in the spiral arrays, we stained the eggs with anti-tubulin-antibody using indirect immunofluorescence technique.
