ABSTRACT
Research team of the Hydrometeorological institute of Slovenia is working on water balance analysis of Slovenia for the period 1961 to 1990. In the broader area of Julian Alps there are some discrepancies in parameters constituting the balance (precipitation, evapotranspiration, runoff). To get better insight of these anomalies, the research team performed in the year 1996 a tracing test in the area of Bohinj.
