ABSTRACT
Japanese have brought up refined taste for landscape for long. However, the people seem as if they were not concerned with landscape in the everyday lives. The cities are covered with chaotic advertisements, tall buildings and complex highways. It is often too hard to find any kind of harmony. This comes from the quick development of economy and industry after the second world war. We have experienced deep destruction of nature and environmental pollution. Actually “landscape and wind turbines” is seldom discussed in Japan. But if we look back our own esthetic sense for beautiful landscape, it is very special occasion to try to perform “Renaissance of the nature and human being” through discussing landscape and wind turbines.
