ABSTRACT
The morphology of the Tiedemann bodies of Sphaerechinus granularis and their relations with the water vascular system and the haemal system are described. The results are discussed and compared with those derived from the authors previous investigations on the axial complex. It is suggested that both the axial complex and the Tiedemann bodies serve a similar function.
