ABSTRACT
Sedimentological and palynological data on two vertical profiles from Lake Llauset (2132 m a.s.l., Alta Ribagorça, Southern Pyrenees) are presented. The results allow the palaeoenvironmental reconstruction and the stratigraphy of the Upper Pleistocene and the Holocene: the first period recorded corresponds to the Last Glaciation and to the deglaciation phase, the second to the Late Glacial and the third to the Postglacial.
