ABSTRACT
While causal effect of housing on mental health does not seem to be considered as controversial (Freeman 1984), we found only few epidemiological studies in the literature. Moreover, if these studies reveal psychic disorders related to typologies of housing, they do not establish a pathogenic hierarchy of factors.
