ABSTRACT

Most of the time, you will be rejected silently – in other words, you will never hear another word about an audition you have done. Harsh though it may sound, most offices simply do not have the time to telephone or write to each individual actor who has auditioned, and, even if they do speak to your agent with the news, you will rarely be told unless you push for an answer or specific feedback has been given. But what should you do if you are given a negative response in person?
