ABSTRACT

This chapter explores the author's experience of multidisciplinary clinical supervision training and asks how it can be applicable to arts therapists. I begin by looking at the content of this generic training and how it compares to specialised arts therapy or psychotherapy supervision trainings. I then focus on how I was able to use the training to explore models for application to supervision of someone from a different profession. Finally I give some consideration to the importance of the art form in clinical supervision.
