ABSTRACT
In 1994, Spain’s ODA remained at 0.28% of GNR This percentage is expected to decrease in 1995, leaving it a long way from the 0.35% level pledged by the Government in the aftermath of the social campaigns of 1994. The outcome of the Spanish general election – which took place in March 1996 – gave a non-absolute majority to the Conservative party so ODA forecasts for the coming years are uncertain.
