ABSTRACT
Climate change results from the accumulation of historical greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Therefore, the accumulative amount of GHG historical emissions is one of the main tools for determining the climate change responsibilities of each country. Currently, the major cause of global warming is the large number of GHG emissions coming from the large-scale use of fossil fuels by developed countries through their industrial activities since the pre-industrial era.
